Closing Date: Monday, July 25, 2011 Post Entry: An additional fee of $25 will be added to all entries received after July 25 Stabling: Stalls $45/Day (to be requested on entry form) This includes a $10 deposit that will be returned once the stall is cleaned by the exhibitor. Please note that shavings are NOT included with the stall, however there will be a limited supply available for purchase. CSHA: As this show is sanctionned by the Canadian Sport Horse Association, it will be governed by the CSHA rules except where noted otherwise. Scratches: Entry Fees, less a $25 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of the scratch. Written notice must be received by the show office by noon the day prior to the start of the horse show. After the show has started, refunds will not be given. Unruly horses/ponies: Horses and ponies mush be shown in a suitable bridle or halter and be in the handler's control at all times. Unmanageable horses will be excused. OEF or other insurer: Proof of liability coverage can be provided with OEF membership number or other insurer policy number. It is required for all owners, handlers & riders. CSHA: CSHA membership required for owners and handlers of horses showing in CSHA division. Juniors: In all line classes, as well as ridden classes, juniors must wear an approved helmet. Juniors are not permitted to show stallions other than colt foals of the current year. Coggins Test: A negative 2011 coggins test is required for all horses over 6 months of age. Dogs: As a courtesy to other competitors, please leave your dog at home. |
